At findmyproperty we are your Sydney property expert, we take out the guess work and cover all search and purchasing steps end to end so you can sit back and enjoy the process!

1. Strategy Session (Current & Future Plan): We establish your ideal property and build out your unique buyer’s brief. Current needs and wants as well as future plans will be explored to ensure your purchase suits your lifestyle and/or investment roadmap.
2. Search: Kick off true 360 market search and shortlisting. Avenues for search include mainstream real estate listings and selling agents to uncover invisible silent listings as well as approaching off-market property if required.
3. Shortlist: Comprehensive shortlist is delivered comprising of properties that have been inspected in person, accompanied by a full market analysis and qualified against your buyers brief.
4. Evaluation: Your opportunity to review all shortlisted properties and inspect first-hand.
5. Negotiation: Once we have identified the target property / properties, findmyproperty will represent you in all negotiations to secure your purchase at the lowest possible price on terms that suit you.
6. Purchase: Exchange of contracts and settlement processes managed by our trusted service providers to ensure end to end simplicity. Alternatively, you can nominate your own legal representative. Final due diligence including pest, building, council and strata reports will also be organised as required.
7. Development/Post Exchange Support: As part of our forward looking customer focus, findmyproperty leverages its development flair to offer post purchase advisory on any projects you are looking to commence or support for any general post exchange activities.
